Clara's pitch at the first workshop of the zero food waste network (REGAL) in Brittany: in the spirit of sharing ideas between grassroots initiatives...

REGAL aims at coordinating local actions of food waste reduction at the regional level. REGAL Brittany was launched in April 2025.

At this first workshop, Clara gave a three-minutes pitch about her track for innovation niches dealing with reduction of bread surplus in craft bakeries. The track focused on both prevention and on-site recycling actions for human nutrition purposes at the national scale and was carried out during the last six months.
