Microcosmos at the Science Festival

A presentation of our research in Microcosmos by the team from Nanterre was given to 2 classes of 5th grade pupils during the Fête de la Science

Bread surplus recycling at the bakery was met with a mixture of enthusiasm (first group of pupils) and fear to eat new foods (second group). In the second group, confidence in the baker and the high quality of his products emerged as a key factor in overcoming these fears.
