Clara is joining us!

Clara has always been interested in the circular economy and food issues. This microCOSMOS research project combining the two and developing a multidisciplinary approach is therefore of particular interest to her.

Clara is graduated from a logistics and industrial engineering school with special focus in the ecological transition and sustainability. Clara's first profesional experience was a 6-month research placement on agricultural cooperatives and territorial cooperation. She conducted semi-structured interviews and familiarised herself with qualitative analysis methods. She then spent a year working on collective catering and food issues at the Créteil Crous, where she was in charge of catering and the ecological transition.

She then joined INRAE and the OPAALE research unit in Rennes as a research engineer, conducting interviews with the players involved in the bread surplus valorisation with a contribution to the territorial metabolism of Rennes Métropole with regards to this material. She will also design and animate workshops with local players, with the following objective: to co-design an organisation that enables the coexistence of several recovery channels to manage the bread surplus flow in Rennes Métropole.
